All pricing on the Vintage Kid Designs website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
Returns
We want you to be totally happy with any purchase you make at Vintage Kid Designs. We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days.
Goods must be unused, labels attached and in their original condition.
Delivery costs are not refundable.
Faulty goods
Every item is inspected prior to shipment for quality and faults to ensure that you always get the great gear you’ve purchased. In the rare event that a fault escapes our attention please contact us and we’ll negotiate a resolution with you.
Postage
Although Australia Post is an efficient service, mishaps do occasionally happen. Vintage Kid Designs does not take responsibility once items have left our office. We use eParcel which tracks your shipment to you and can provide a tracking number if there is an unreasonable delay in delivery.
If a product is unavailable or sold out, the purchaser will be advised via email or telephone and an alternative product will be recommended, or Vintage Kid Designs will place the item on backorder as a priority.
